Men's Outreach Board

I am a senior from Pemberville, OH, majoring in Applied Mathematics. My favorite things are being active outdoors, spending quality time with friends, talking about how to live life well, and playing with my nieces and nephews. I can be found studying in the library or union or hosting off-campus Friday night dinners at Bjǿrnhiem. While I do love going to the beach and trying new things, the above photo is misleading; I am a horrible surfer.

Youngest of 4 boys, raised in Ohio, took a gap semester spring 2020, transferred to Hillsdale in the fall, and planning to major in history.

Michael is from a small sheep farm in the Thumb of Michigan. He is a senior majoring in history and minoring in Latin. He enjoys reading, and crocheting in his free time.

Matthias is a Junior studying English with the hopes of someday teaching high school.  In his free time, Matthias enjoys writing, performing, and listening to music.  As a freshman, Matthias felt immediately welcomed by Catholic Society.  Now he’s excited to give back to Catholics on campus and give them the same experience!

My name is Daniel Votel. I'm a senior from Lakeville Minnesota majoring in biology. This is my second year on the Outreach Board. 

You stand before a Tolkien obsessed, longsword brandishing, homeschooler among homeschoolers, still trying to decide between an English or Philosophy major. Another one, that is.

I was born at a very young age. Besides that, all I know about "the good" is that it doesn't have a tail so it's not a monkey. 

I am a Sophomore doing a dual major in Math and either History or Philosophy with interest in Law. I enjoy Reading, Skiing, Sailing, and am the President of the Ballroom Dance Club.

Hi everyone!  My name is Josh Rainer, and I will be one of the nightly rosary leaders for this year.  I am a Junior from Columbus, Ohio studying Exercise Science and hope to go to Physician Assistant school after Hillsdale.  In my free time, I love to go outdoors, play pickup sports like basketball, and hang out with friends.  I can’t wait to grow and pray with you guys this year!
